How We Swung Profit $74K in 74 Days With Shopify and Meta

This was an established, profitable Amazon brand running on one channel. All of its growth depended on shoppers who were already searching. We added a profitable Shopify channel and used Meta to build new demand. In 74 days sales went from $63,000 to $195,000 and profit swung by $74,000, with no wasteful ad spend and no price cuts.

  • Sales: $63,000 to $195,000 in 74 days
  • Profit swing: +$74,000
  • No wasteful ad spend and no price cuts
  • 20+ Meta creatives tested before finding the angle that scaled

The principles that made it work

  • Create demand off Amazon. A stuck brand does not grow by spending more inside Amazon.
  • Test until an angle hits. Phase one looks like a loss while you find the winning creative. That is the plan, not a failure.
  • Give the traffic a place to convert. Shopify landing pages turned off-Amazon clicks into buyers.

How we did it

  1. Brand evaluation. Confirmed Amazon product-market fit, Meta-market fit (competitors already winning on Meta and Shopify), and the ability to run platform-specific offers.
  2. Creative pipeline. The brand had few assets, so we built a repeatable creative system and tested more than 20 angles on Meta.
  3. Technical setup. Built the Shopify landing pages the brand was missing.
  4. Scale the winner. One niche angle hit, we learned who the real buyer was, and the system turned profitable from there.

What good looks like

Grow a stuck Amazon brand by creating demand outside Amazon and letting it spill over. That is the halo effect, and it is why Meta works for Amazon when it builds spillover rather than buying cold clicks.
